SUMMARY:Virtual Reflective Space with Dhruti Dholakia\, LCMHC\, RPT\, RYT-500hr
DESCRIPTION:Hello\,\n\nMay is Mental Health Awareness Month. During this time\, we want to recognize the mental load\, struggles\, and burnout that the caregivers around us experience. Many of you may be parents or supporting elders in the home\, which can feel overwhelming and exhausting at times.\n\nTo address this\, we are so grateful to have Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor\, Registered Play Therapist and Yoga Teacher 500hr\, Dhruti Dolakia host a virtual reflective space on May 28th from 6 PM to 8 PM EST. \nDuring this time\, she will talk about what a reflective practice is\, how it can support mental health and wellbeing\, and ultimately how it helps us grow into resilient beings.
