She has more than 25 years of experience in financial and business consulting\, personal and business taxes\, auditing\, advisory services and strategic business planning. Aradhana has been featured multiple times on ABC11 for her expert advice on taxes. She has been frequently featured on a variety of podcasts and webinars as a business tax expert. She enjoys speaking opportunities including keynote both in person and globally and loves teaching at various institutions. She attended Wharton School of Business for her executive and management education.\n\n\n\nAs a founding member of the U.S. Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India\, Aradhana has served as its chairperson and executive board member and remains a member of the national and local ICAI chapters. She has also served as chairperson of the advisory board of Veterinary Management Group. She has delivered many talks in the USA and internationally. She also serves on the board of a non-profit Reaction Team. In her corporate career\, Aradhana has led and managed various financial and strategic functions\, including accounting and consulting\, for a wide range of companies and industries. Her full-time and consulting roles include CFO at CSC\, interim CFO at Make-A-Wish\, Director of Finance at University of Pennsylvania and Financial and Strategic Consultant at big tech giants like Cisco\, IBM and Citrix.\n\n\n\nAradhana resides in Morrisville\, North Carolina and enjoys spending time with her twin boys\, and writing poetry and professional articles. She is passionate about modeling and acting and has acted in a lot of commercials\, movies and documentaries. Allstate Insurance\, Lenovo\, Reeds Jewelers and Mobile Pixel are some of her modeling clients.

A board Certified Emergency Nurse with credentials as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for both Adult/Adolescent and Pediatric populations\, Dot has expansive clinical background that informs her leadership.\n\n\nDot plays a vital role as a clinical instructor for Fayetteville State University’s Sexual Nurse Examiner (SANE) program and contributes her expertise to other SANE programs across the state\, fostering the next generation of forensic nursing professionals. In addition\, she is a Simulation Education Specialist at Wakemed’s Medical Simulation Center\, where she enhances the training of healthcare providers.\n\n\nHer dedication extends to her position as a Staff Nurse on the UNC Rex Emergency Response Team for special events\, and she is a certified instructor for the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support\, Advanced Cardiac Life Support\, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Dot also instructs for the Emergency Nurses Association’s Trauma Nurse Core Course and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course\, further spreading her wealth of knowledge.\n\n\nWith over 35 years of nursing experience\, primarily in emergency care\, and more than 15 years as a SANE\, Dot combines her clinical acumen with leadership to advance forensic nursing practices. Her commitment to excellence and advocacy is reflected in her membership with the Academy of Forensic Nurses and Emergency Nurses Association. Dot’s career is a testament to her dedication to improving patient care and professional education in forensic nursing.

Many of you may be parents or supporting elders in the home\, which can feel overwhelming and exhausting at times.\n\nTo address this\, we are so grateful to have Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor\, Registered Play Therapist and Yoga Teacher 500hr\, Dhruti Dolakia host a virtual reflective space on May 28th from 6 PM to 8 PM EST. \nDuring this time\, she will talk about what a reflective practice is\, how it can support mental health and wellbeing\, and ultimately how it helps us grow into resilient beings.
